Very good and informative staff who were always there to help. The location of the hotel was very central, right by wonderful shops, an excellant bus service even on Christmas day, a taxi rank and myriad restaurants as well as which has the BEST grocery store in the basement. Also, it was within easy walking distance of English lights festival.

Every time we stay in Palma de Mallorca, like to stay here. We loved this place, it's stunningly beautiful and absolutely fabulous. The location is very central. Walking distance to the hotel there are restaurants and eateries. The rooftop restaurant is nice for breakfast.

Fast check-in, unbeatable location just next door to centre and harbour, the center of La Palma, and the main attractions, including the cathedral, shopping and lots of bars and restaurants.
